The main goal of the project is the development of the construction and technological assumptions of the innovative Hybrid Measurement Platform. According to the company profile – laser scanning, a consequence would be obtaining a modern technology, broadening the range of services, gaining new markets and, as a result, diversifying sources of income in SKALA 3D. The Hybrid Measuring Platform will be dedicated to working in mines both in vertical excavations as well as (which will be a significant innovation) in horizontal excavations. Thanks to the new project, the platform will be able to work on vehicles and wheeled machines for collecting measurement data in urban space, i.e. laser data, digital photos, 3D panoramas, trajectories, and positions, and in the future also thermal data. The implementation of the project will significantly increase the company’s potential and introduce new services to its offer at the global level. The release of the innovative product (Hybrid Measurement Platform) will enable using a wide range of Beneficiary’s own measuring devices. These goals will be achieved thanks to the use of the technical and substantive potential of the Beneficiary. The implementation of the project is part of the long-term development strategy of SKALA 3D, the main technological tool which is laser scanning and related products and recipients.
